IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build out a scalable IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing organization
• Respond to information technology help desk requests via phone, e-mail, remote access, and onsite support
• Provide technical assistance for issues related to computer systems, networks, software, and hardware
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements

• 3+ years in IT operations including system administration, server support, and desktop support
• Experience with Google Workspace or Active Directory systems
• Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac systems
• Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment (VPN, DNS, firewalls, routers, switches)
• Experience deploying and administering SaaS applications
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must hold or be eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws
• Experience with managed Fortinet network stack
• Knowledge of MDM best practices
• CCNA certification
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or shell scripting
