IT Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier-1 and standard service requests to improve response and resolution times
• Handle user access management, including account and password issues via Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
• Support device onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with application and software access, including Percipio and various collaboration tools
• Perform Fresh Service ticket triage, categorization, and documentation to ensure SLA compliance
• Maintain and update the technical knowledge base and Standard Operating Procedures
• Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate through to final resolution
• Develop and refine troubleshooting procedures to enhance service desk efficiency

Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional IT Operations Support experience
• Hands-on experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra ID
• Strong knowledge of software applications, operating systems, and integrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a workload and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
