IT Operations Analyst

Watershed is the enterprise sustainability platform. Companies like Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens use Watershed to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for voluntary and regulatory reporting including CSRD, and drive real decarbonization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site IT point of contact for the London office
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding for the EMEA region
• Manage device lifecycle and asset management for the London-based fleet
• Troubleshoot macOS, SaaS applications, identity and access (Okta), networking, and A/V systems
• Maintain office technology reliability including Wi-Fi, conference rooms, and printers
• Use AI and agent-based tooling to streamline IT operations and build self-service experiences
• Administer core SaaS stack including Okta, Iru, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
• Partner with the global IT team on automation, documentation, and security compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support or IT operations experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with macOS and modern MDM tooling (Iru/Kandji, Jamf, or similar)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
• Working knowledge of identity and access management (Okta, SSO, SCIM, MFA)
• Experience supporting conference room A/V and hybrid meeting setups
• Ability to work from the London office 4 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, JavaScript, shell)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and SaaS tool integration
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS)
• Industry certifications (Okta, Apple, Google Workspace, ITIL)
• Exposure to compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001
