IT Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT Operations point of contact for employees in Colombia.
• Manage local device inventory procurement, deployment, and physical security for macOS and Windows devices.
• Respond to and resolve incoming ITSD tickets within Jira from inception to completion.
• Administer Google Workspace and manage MDM implementation and maintenance.
• Conduct IT onboarding training for new hires and manage IT-related termination processes.
• Contribute to IT audit work, including access control history and quarterly software vendor audits.
• Maintain high technical awareness regarding the application stack and IT security protocols.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical role.
• Based in Bogota, Colombia, with the ability to work hybrid (remote and in-office).
• Fluent in English.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent Large Language Model (LLM) tools to enhance productivity.
• Proficiency in cloud-based productivity suite administration.
• Experience with macOS and Windows device management and enterprise endpoint security.
• Experience using ITSM platforms (such as Jira) for ticket automation and workflow design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within agile team environments.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, and CIS controls.
• Strong documentation skills for creating replicable workflows and change management processes.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously to resolve complex problems.
