IT Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT Operations point of contact for employees in Colombia, managing device inventory procurement, deployment, and physical security.
• Manage macOS and Windows device configurations using enterprise MDM and endpoint security platforms.
• Respond to and resolve incoming ITSD tickets within Jira from inception to completion.
• Administer Google Workspace and other cloud-based productivity suites.
• Conduct IT onboarding training for new hires and manage IT-related offboarding processes.
• Contribute to IT audit work, including access control history and quarterly software vendor audits.
• Maintain high technical awareness regarding the application stack and IT security protocols.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical role.
• Must be based in Bogota, Colombia, and able to work in a hybrid capacity (remote and in-office).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Demonstrated experience using Claude or equivalent Large Language Model (LLM) tools to enhance productivity.
• Proficiency in macOS and Windows device management.
• Experience with cloud-based productivity suite administration and ITSM platforms (e.g., Jira).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within agile environments and utilizing Jira for workflow management.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, or CIS controls.
• Strong documentation skills for creating and replicating technical workflows.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously to improve existing processes.
