IT Operations Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Maintain a task-based ticket queue, addressing issues based on order received or criticality
• Provide technical support for installations and troubleshoot local applications and database issues
• Assist Senior Operations Engineers with the design and implementation of new technical solutions
• Administer both onsite and remote technical assistance
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Participate in daily meetings, planning sessions, and backlog reviews

Requirements

• College or university degree in a relevant field
• Technical expertise in IT operations or a related professional area
• Proven experience with ticket management systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills for applications and databases
• Ability to use deductive reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations
• Strong interpersonal skills to exchange complex information and ideas effectively
