IT Operations Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Perform incident and change work related to network technology
• Resolve trouble tickets and respond to reported service incidents
• Identify root causes of issues and collaborate with other teams to implement solutions
• Prioritize incidents based on urgency and business impact
• Collaborate with the incident management team to ensure all protocols are followed
• Adjust incident management processes as required to ensure operational effectiveness

Requirements

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Understanding of how to support a network in a corporate environment
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with all levels of management
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on call shifts as necessary
