IT Operations Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level support for non-production environments, including development, testing, and training systems
• Communicate with users and system owners regarding incidents and significant impacts
• Manage and coordinate customer testing using the Customer Activity calendar
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure service delivery
• Manage status reporting and escalations for significant incidents or impacting events
• Engage technical resources to resolve performance, application, or environmental issues
• Manage Certification Change Advisory Board meetings and weekly unsuccessful change calls
• Provide standard change review and approvals for non-production change requests
• Monitor email, change, incident, and JIRA ticket queues
• Coordinate incidents across functional and operational teams
• Act as a key contributor or lead for TSMO-initiated projects and system enhancements
• Provide weekday and weekend on-call support for urgent requests and TPF engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-2 years of professional experience
• Experience in incident management and technical support
• Ability to coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities
• Experience supporting non-production, development, or testing environments
• Availability for on-call support, including weekends
