IT Operations Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Apply and follow Sabre ITIL processes to support operational stability
• Monitor and mitigate potential impacts for Sabre's global technology platforms
• Initiate and support technical incident calls through to resolution
• Support triage of incidents and service requests using established knowledge bases
• Respond to incident alerts in a timely manner
• Execute day-to-day activities following documented work instructions and procedures
• Operate within a 24/7 shift environment to ensure continuous coverage

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a Command Center or Network Operations Center (NOC) environment
• Fundamental understanding of Service Desk, Command Center, or Network Operations
• Experience working with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Zabbix, AppD, or Google Console
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
