IT Operations Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 application support, including ticket handling and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor service platforms using available monitoring tools and initiate troubleshooting when issues are detected
• Resolve incidents and manage bridge calls effectively
• Research technical issues and derive solutions from existing knowledge bases
• Document newly derived solutions clearly for team members and customers
• Manage user access control and terminations as requested
• Respond to service-related questions and feedback via email and phone

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in application support
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with L1 and L2 ticket handling and incident resolution
• Basic knowledge of Windows Services
• Ability to work US hours or weekend shifts on a rotational basis
• Flexibility to learn new processes as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Linux environments
