IT Operations Administrator

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical application expert for HR Access (HR4YOU) environments
• Manage hybrid architectures (Cloud and On-premise) and coordinate network, SSO, and Oracle/SQL databases
• Ensure payroll service continuity by managing application flows and liaising between infrastructure, security, and business teams
• Perform production management including incident diagnosis, rollback procedures, and access security (SSH keys)
• Design high-availability environments and maintain operational conditions (MCO)
• Optimize production processes through automation using Shell, PowerShell, PL/SQL, and XML scripting
• Serve as the technical point of contact for software editors, external providers, and project teams

Requirements

• Degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT operations or administration role
• Proficiency in Oracle, PL/SQL, and SQL Developer
• Experience with Cloud and On-premise architectures
• Strong scripting skills in Shell and PowerShell
• Familiarity with Redhat, Linux, AIX, and Windows Server operating systems
• Experience with HR4YOU (DesignCenter, reports, and user management)
• Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNOW, FileZilla, and WinSCP
