IT Operational Excellence Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and resolve operational pain points
• Execute concrete and measurable action plans
• Analyze existing workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Design and deploy optimized processes
• Structure quality approaches and define performance indicators
• Improve internal user satisfaction
• Work closely with operational teams to understand real-world usage
• Formalize best practices and implement monitoring tools

Requirements

• Master's degree (Business or Engineering school)
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Experience in consulting or transverse environments (IT, operations, transformation)
• Fluent English
• Expertise in continuous improvement and process optimization
• Strong project management and change management skills
