IT Onsite Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools
• Deliver first and second level technical support via calls, tickets, and user interaction
• Provide prompt responses to IT related questions from end-users
• Document all end-user interactions in ServiceNow
• Create, maintain, and utilize knowledge articles
• Provide IT onboarding training to new starters
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
• Fluent English and Malay language skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Ability to prioritize and work self-sufficiently
• Experience in regulated IT environments (e.g. GxP) is a plus
• Must provide a criminal record check not older than 3 months
