About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support to internal users
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests
- Log and manage tickets in the incident system following ITIL-based processes
- Install, configure, and maintain workplace equipment, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Perform standard software installations, updates, and patching of business applications
- Document processes, prepare reports, and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with product teams, development, and other business departments
Requirements
- Education in IT or a comparable qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Strong knowledge of analyzing and resolving user and system issues
- Structured, solutions-oriented, and autonomous working style
- Fluent Mandarin and good command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work on-site at the assigned location
- Valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months)
