IT Onsite Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Provide application support and user administration
• Support computers for qualification according to defined strategy
• Prepare documentation of installations
• Implement IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions
• Troubleshoot analytical software applications and lab PC systems
• Maintain regular contact and cooperation with software providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
• 3+ years of experience in a desk-side support environment
• Knowledge of automation technologies (SCADA, Historian, MES, Track and Trace)
• Knowledge of industry protocols (OPC, MQTT)
• Understanding of regulated environments (GxP)
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
