About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level support to internal users
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests
  • Log and manage tickets in the incident system following ITIL-based processes
  • Install, configure, and maintain workplace equipment, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Perform standard software installations, updates, and patching
  • Document processes, prepare reports, and create knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with product teams, development, and other business departments

Requirements

  • Education in IT or a comparable qualification
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of analyzing and resolving user and system issues
  • Fluent Mandarin and good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work on-site in Beijing
  • Valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months)
  • Structured, solutions-oriented, and autonomous working style
