Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for internal users
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents and service requests
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, hardware, and software
- Manage tickets following ITIL-oriented processes
- Perform software rollouts, updates, and patches
Requirements
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or service desk
- Fluent German and English skills
