  • Provide first- and second-level support for internal users

  • Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, hardware, and software
  • Manage tickets following ITIL-oriented processes
  • Perform software rollouts, updates, and patches

Requirements

  • Completed IT training or comparable qualification
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support or service desk
  • Fluent German and English skills
