About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support to end users to ensure operational continuity of computers, peripherals, basic networks, and standard applications
  • Act as the first point of contact for Level 1 incident resolution
  • Perform occasional CCTV support at heights of 6 to 7 meters
  • Manage IT asset inventory and control
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and workstation operating systems
  • Support email, hardware, software, and network connectivity (DSL/VPN/Wireless)

Requirements

  • Degree or Engineering in Systems or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing on-site IT user support
  • Ability to perform CCTV support at heights of 6-7 meters
  • Experience with ticketing tools and incident resolution
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and ITIL
  • Experience with network testing, cabling, and connectivity
  • Ability to handle hardware and software troubleshooting (computers, printers, network devices)
