About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to end users to ensure operational continuity of computers, peripherals, basic networks, and standard applications
- Act as the first point of contact for Level 1 incident resolution
- Perform occasional CCTV support at heights of 6 to 7 meters
- Manage IT asset inventory and control
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and workstation operating systems
- Support email, hardware, software, and network connectivity (DSL/VPN/Wireless)
Requirements
- Degree or Engineering in Systems or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing on-site IT user support
- Ability to perform CCTV support at heights of 6-7 meters
- Experience with ticketing tools and incident resolution
- Knowledge of Active Directory and ITIL
- Experience with network testing, cabling, and connectivity
- Ability to handle hardware and software troubleshooting (computers, printers, network devices)
