About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to users within the plant
- Assist with technological renewals and hardware upgrades
- Perform maintenance on computer equipment and printers
- Install and configure software for end-users
Requirements
- Degree, internship, or recent graduate in IT or a related field
- Experience providing on-site technical support
- Basic English proficiency
- Immediate availability to start working
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using remote support tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Skills in hardware maintenance and network cabling (crimping)
