IT On-site Support Engineer (Audiovisual)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance and support for audiovisual equipment installation and setup.
• Manage the assembly, configuration, and testing of projectors and screens for corporate events and meeting rooms.
• Direct and manage videoconferencing sessions using Google Meet.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for audiovisual equipment, PCs, and laptops.
• Resolve IT incidents and service requests in accordance with established SLAs.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance activities with external vendors.
• Manage structured cabling and general IT infrastructure needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Communications, Networks, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support.
• Proven experience with audiovisual equipment setup, testing, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 or higher.
• Experience managing Google Meet videoconferencing.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and PC/laptop maintenance.
• Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in San José Iturbide, Guanajuato.
• Availability to attend events outside of standard business hours or on weekends if required.
