IT Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the local IT team of 3 people to ensure efficient service delivery
• Provide high-level, professional IT support for Senior Executives, prioritizing all requests
• Proactively monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure a reliable experience for stakeholders
• Coordinate with central IT service centers in India and Czech Republic to maintain local service levels and global standards
• Manage the entire hardware lifecycle, including planning, procurement, and replacement
• Oversee local IT equipment purchasing in compliance with corporate guidelines
• Coordinate hardware rollouts and local IT projects with a hands-on approach
• Implement and monitor corporate IT security standards and local IT performance KPIs

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT operations or IT support
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and IT security principles
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
