IT Network & Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, EBS, VPC, and IAM.
• Administer UpCloud servers, including capacity planning, backups, and scheduled tasks.
• Maintain Cloudflare configurations, including DNS, SSL certificates, and security policies.
• Deploy and manage VPN solutions such as Tailscale and OpenVPN for secure remote access.
• Administer the 3CX Enterprise VoIP system, managing SIP trunks, IVR flows, and call routing.
• Manage Google Workspace for 210+ users, including provisioning and security policies.
• Administer HubSpot CRM, managing user access, workflows, and WhatsApp Business API integrations.
• Oversee automation via Make.com and Zapier to connect OTA platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Manage office security infrastructure, including CCTV, smart locks, and IoT devices.
• Handle vendor management, software cost audits, and IT equipment procurement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration, network engineering, or infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with AWS (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM) and other cloud providers.
• Hands-on experience managing VoIP/telephony systems (3CX, SIP trunking, or Twilio).
• Experience with Google Workspace administration for large organizations (100+ users).
• Strong understanding of DNS management, Cloudflare, SSL/TLS, and email authentication.
• Experience with VPN deployment (Tailscale, OpenVPN, or WireGuard).
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and automation tools like Make.com or Zapier.
• Strong vendor management and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality, real estate, or property management industry.
• Knowledge of KYC/compliance platforms and data privacy regulations.
• Experience deploying and managing AI/LLM tools (OpenAI API, OpenWebUI).
• Exposure to IoT and smart office/home technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA.
