IT Network Support

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain core IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, and backup platforms
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Entra, and identity and access management
• Manage endpoint configuration and compliance using Microsoft Intune
• Act as a technical point of contact for IT support and user issue resolution
• Monitor systems proactively to improve resilience and prevent issues
• Contribute to the design and implementation of LAN, WAN, and wireless network solutions
• Deliver IT projects, upgrades, and migrations alongside daily operations
• Apply security best practices across identity, devices, and endpoint protection
• Create technical documentation, support procedures, and user guides
• Participate in an on-call rota for critical incidents (approx. 1 week in 5)

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure or systems administration technical support
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, networking, and endpoint management
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, and Intune
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2019+, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Experience with virtualization (ideally VMware)
• Knowledge of Cisco switching, VLANs, and wireless networking
• Experience with firewall technologies (preferably FortiGate)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL practices or service management frameworks
• Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware certifications
• Experience with cloud migrations or digital transformation projects
• Exposure to automation or scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
• Experience with ERP or telephony systems
