IT Network Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and investigate security incidents
• Manage cybersecurity solutions including NGFW Firewalls, Traffic Segmentation, and Endpoint Protection
• Evaluate Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Tests to implement remediation actions
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure to ensure secure information system operations
• Manage projects related to strengthening corporate IT infrastructure security
• Prepare and maintain evidence for internal and external IT audits
• Draft and improve information security policies and ISMS documentation
• Monitor implementation of IT procedures such as change and access management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Information Security, Network Security, or IT Auditing
• Experience with IT audits and organizational assessments
• Knowledge of security standards like ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls
• Hands-on experience with Firewalls, VPNs, Network Segmentation, and IDS/IPS
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent command of the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• MSc in Information Systems Security
• Experience with SIEM or Security Monitoring tools
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Security or Azure Security
• Experience managing information security projects
