IT Network Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and implement secure technology solutions across all company locations
• Provide senior-level administration for SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, and network hardware
• Manage network security systems including Palo Alto firewalls, IDS/IPS, and EDR/XDR
• Administer Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Perform Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure platforms
• Support Arctic Wolf SIEM/SOC operations and incident response workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation for network design, equipment inventory, and procedures
• Participate in an on-call rotation and travel to various offices and job sites as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in network infrastructure
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN/SD-WAN administration and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto next-generation firewalls
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, CompTIA Security+, or Network+
• Experience with Arctic Wolf SIEM/SOC platforms
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 compliance
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes
