IT Microsoft Product Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and development of Microsoft products including Office 365, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure
• Establish guidelines for responsible AI usage across Microsoft platforms ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies and AI-enhanced services
• Develop custom solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI Builder to automate business processes
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to optimize Microsoft solutions and AI capabilities
• Monitor performance and usage analytics of AI-driven tools and implement safeguards against bias
• Define the Microsoft product and AI capability roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Develop product documentation, AI usage guidelines, and conduct user training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft products and technologies
• Expertise in Office 365, Azure, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• 3+ years of experience in software development, scripting, and automation using Microsoft technologies
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and governance
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience optimizing Microsoft solutions in enterprise environments
• Microsoft Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Advanced scripting knowledge in PowerShell, .NET, C#, or Azure OpenAI
• Experience leading product strategy or AI adoption initiatives
