IT & Marketing Communications Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and cybersecurity.
• Develop and implement team development strategies to improve overall performance.
• Lead IT and marketing communications functions to support business objectives.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity posture using established frameworks.
• Support site operations through technical leadership and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven background in the mining, oil & gas, or large-scale manufacturing industries.
• Technical expertise in Networking (Mikrotik), Servers (Windows & Linux), and Virtualization (VMware).
• Knowledge of the NIST CSF cybersecurity framework.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be assigned to site locations if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mikrotik certification.
