IT Manufacturing Site Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage NAFTA IT End User Services at the CNH Racine site, overseeing local delivery and support of all IT products and services.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Security, and other functional teams to translate business demands into technical solutions.
• Support the integration and implementation of IT business applications within responsible sites.
• Manage technology platforms and processes to ensure services meet or exceed committed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Align with key business leaders to facilitate effective communication and service delivery between IT and the business community.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems using advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to address planned and unplanned IT outages and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of IT experience in Customer Service and Technology Management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Office 365 Tenant Management, Active Directory, and VDI.
• Proficiency in Service Desk operations, Network Management, and Mobile Device Management.
• Experience with PC Fleet/Asset Management, Telecommunications, and Collaboration/Conference Room systems.
• Ability to manage technical operations in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
