IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure all IT systems, platforms, and infrastructure operate effectively with high availability
• Manage and support cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments, including migrations
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, standards, and controls
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and redundancy strategies
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
• Lead, mentor, and support the IT team to ensure high performance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology with strategic requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT management
• Advanced experience with Linux, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
• Proven experience managing cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure
• Strong understanding of networks, servers, databases, and telephony solutions
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MCSE or MCITP certifications
• Experience within the travel industry and understanding of airline terminology
