IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation strategy
• Lead modernization of legacy systems and transition to cloud, data-driven, and AI-enabled operating models
• Drive end-to-end digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance
• Own enterprise architecture, applications landscape, infrastructure, and cloud strategy
• Establish and oversee enterprise cybersecurity, data privacy, and resilience frameworks
• Build a unified data strategy including governance, analytics, and AI/ML
• Manage technology budgets, vendors, contracts, and sourcing strategies
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on technology trends and digital risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership in Technology, Digital Transformation, or IT
• Demonstrated leadership of large-scale ERP, cloud, data, and cybersecurity programs
• Experience in regulated, IPO-ready, or publicly listed environments
• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure sectors
• Professional certifications such as CIO, TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM are an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent)
• Bilingual proficiency
• Experience with Industry 4.0, IoT, and advanced analytics
