IT Manager/Sr. Manager - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural, functional, and process guidance to deliver scalable IT capabilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure including servers, storage, OS, backup, network, and database platforms
• Oversee network environments including LAN/WAN, wireless, voice, and data systems
• Drive database operations focusing on availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution processes
• Manage infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades to align with business growth
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and audit requirements
• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a high-performing culture and career development
• Partner with architects and business stakeholders to drive technology roadmaps and long-term capability planning

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end infrastructure management
• Strong expertise in network environment oversight and database operations
• Demonstrated ability in architectural guidance and technical roadmap planning
• Experience in incident management and complex problem resolution
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams
• Proficiency in project management and driving successful service delivery
