About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of office equipment, including PCs, laptops (Windows 11, MacOS), peripheral devices, and meeting room hardware.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment preparation and workstation setup.
- Process ServiceDesk requests and resolve technical incidents promptly.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, update configurations, and ensure availability of backup equipment.
- Plan and coordinate technical maintenance, software updates, and local infrastructure projects.
- Manage relationships with service centers, ISPs, suppliers, and contractors.
- Handle budgeting, procurement planning, and supplier management.
- Implement and align corporate IT standards and policies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of practical experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proven experience working with ServiceDesk systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Hands-on skills in maintaining office hardware, including laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing systems.
- Basic proficiency in budgeting, procurement planning, and supplier relations.
- English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, and systemic thinking.
