About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the technological roadmap for Sephora Mexico, driving local and global initiatives in eCommerce, Omnichannel, CRM, and SAP.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams to translate strategic needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Manage and evolve the enterprise application portfolio, including Salesforce, SAP, Manhattan WMS, and loyalty platforms.
- Ensure the seamless integration and functionality of APIs, interfaces, and digital services within the technological ecosystem.
- Lead the IT Applications team and specialized vendors to guarantee high service levels, availability, and operational continuity.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive the adoption of international best practices and solutions.
- Manage the department budget and participate in technological architecture and change governance decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Management, IT Applications Management, or IT Architecture.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation projects and managing enterprise applications.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFCC and/or SFMC preferred), SAP, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Strong experience managing technical teams and external vendors.
- Advanced English proficiency for constant interaction with global and regional teams.
- Solid understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and digital ecosystems.

- Previous experience working in the retail or eCommerce industries.
- Experience working within a high-growth digital environment.
