Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of core enterprise systems including identity management, endpoint management, networking, and cloud infrastructure
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound IT requests from staff across Torrance and Saginaw
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for our Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant
• Administer Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), manage user provisioning, and enforce MFA and Conditional Access policies
• Deploy and manage endpoints via Microsoft Intune
• Manage on-site networking infrastructure including switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN
• Support CMMC Level 2 compliance efforts and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs)
• Identify, onboard, and manage external IT vendors and managed service providers
• Develop and maintain IT policies, runbooks, asset inventories, and network diagrams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience
• 2+ years managing enterprise Microsoft environments in a regulated or defense-adjacent setting
• Direct experience administering a Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant
• Strong proficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM/UEM platforms
• Working knowledge of CMMC Level 2 requirements and NIST 800-171
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, and DNS/DHCP
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300) or CompTIA Security+
• Familiarity with ITAR/CUI handling
• Experience supporting ERP or PLM platforms (NetSuite, Arena, etc.)
• Experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple physical facilities
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation
