About the Company

Rodeo FX is a high-end creative company offering visual effects, advertising, and experience services. An Oscar-winning independent studio, it employs nearly 800 artists across studios in Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, Los Angeles, and Paris, partnering with major studios like Netflix, HBO, Disney, and Marvel.

Responsibilities

• Build, supervise, and develop the local IT team
• Support, maintain, and improve the security of the Paris studio infrastructure
• Manage the installation, maintenance, and optimization of the technical and IT park
• Manage relationships with service providers and oversee infrastructure or license purchases
• Provide first-line diagnostics and resolve hardware or software issues for users
• Supervise the IT onboarding process for new employees
• Maintain physical hardware and software/cloud license inventories
• Participate in studio restructuring events and technological watch
• Provide support to the parent company upon request

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT
• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven team management experience (at least 3 years)
• Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Strong interpersonal skills, judgment, and initiative
• Ability to work independently and adapt to rapid changes
