About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage endpoint security using EDR, Gateway, and other security products
- Configure and manage network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, access points, and SDWAN
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS
- Design and implement enterprise Wi-Fi management and audio-video conferencing systems
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, risk assessments, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage and mentor the IT team, setting performance goals and fostering professional development
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and maintenance
- Optimize help desk performance and provide expert-level IT support
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with EDR and endpoint security products
- Experience with network administration (firewalls, switches, SDWAN)
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing complex IT projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL or PMP
