IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT plans, roadmaps, and budgets aligned with business objectives
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and RPA solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Manage system development and integration projects, including ERP and internal platforms
• Establish and maintain information security policies, access controls, and risk assessments
• Oversee IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance
• Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leading enterprise-wide initiatives
• Proven experience with AI and/or RPA implementation from design through deployment
• Strong background in system development, integration, and full lifecycle management
• Experience with information security, risk management, and IT governance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA, MIS, or similar)
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or Security+
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
