About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Cisco LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN infrastructure
- Lead a team of IT professionals across Helpdesk, MES, and Infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols following group standards
- Serve as a liaison between U.S. and Chinese IT teams to align global strategies
- Oversee hardware, software, and networking equipment upgrades
- Manage relationships with IT vendors for service and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with ISO27001, TISAX, and data protection laws
- Provide escalation support for complex IT issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of IT experience with a focus on network management
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking hardware
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows server and VMware
- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and hybrid IT environments
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory
