IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT service delivery for the Poland site, ensuring SLAs and user satisfaction targets are met
• Monitor MSP service desk performance and act as the primary escalation point for complex incidents
• Provide hands-on support for onsite technology including network, server, Wi-Fi, and audiovisual systems
• Serve as the IT liaison between the Poland facility and US IT leadership
• Coordinate IT projects, deployments, and hardware lifecycle management
• Manage relationships with MSP/MSSP partners and local IT vendors
• Ensure compliance with security policies, access controls, and audit requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• 7–10+ years of progressive IT experience in technical support and infrastructure management
• Proven experience leading onsite IT service delivery in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Windows environments
• Strong knowledge of core networking technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, 802.1x)
• Experience managing Managed Service Providers (MSP/MSSP)
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Valid sanitary and epidemiological clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting greenfield manufacturing facilities or site start-up projects
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulated manufacturing environments
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, or Cisco
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise AV technologies
