IT Manager, Enterprise Applications

Responsibilities

• Align ERP systems architecture with organizational goals and oversee full lifecycle operations, development, and maintenance
• Lead enterprise data strategy, including MDM and BI, to drive data literacy and decision-making
• Manage Enterprise and Business Analyst teams to ensure solutions and KPIs align with business objectives
• Oversee IT PMO and ERP administration, ensuring effective governance, prioritization, and incident management
• Ensure security, documentation, change management, and continuous improvement through best practices and upgrades

Requirements

• Relevant education in IT
• 5+ years of ERP management experience
• Expertise in process redesign
• Strong ERP expertise across core modules and relational databases (Oracle)
• Proficiency in full software development lifecycles
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills in complex environments
• Familiarity with UKG UltiPro and ITIL is an asset
