IT Manager - Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines to transform complex data into powerful business insights
• Integrate diverse data sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trusted data across the lifecycle
• Deliver impactful dashboards and reporting solutions to empower business decision-making
• Optimize data processes for performance and scalability while driving efficiency and innovation
• Champion data quality and governance standards to ensure reliability, compliance, and transparency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Several years of experience in data engineering or data architecture
• Strong expertise in Apache Spark and modern platforms like Microsoft Fabric
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing data pipelines
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and data governance practices
