Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure systems are efficient and secure
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage IT projects including system upgrades and implementations
• Ensure rigorous QA processes, performance testing, and system audits
• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, projects, and processes

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT management
• Experience in front-end and back-end development and QA processes
• Expertise in technologies such as React, Angular, WordPress, Node.js, and Java
• Knowledge of automated testing and QA methodologies
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA or Asana
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Fluency in English
