IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and maintain the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system
• Oversee IT project planning and budget management
• Act as the primary contact for HQ IT regarding technical SAP activities
• Design functional specifications and technical specifications in SAP to meet business requirements
• Support the interface between the ERP and third-party systems
• Lead IT organizational changes and process improvements in collaboration with Business Process Owners
• Establish a long-term IT investment roadmap through strategic business analysis
• Provide troubleshooting, user support, and guidance on ERP governance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience with SAP ERP systems
• Extensive experience with the SAP SD module
• Proven expertise in OTC (Order-to-Cash) process design and customization
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work successfully in a global, cross-functional environment
• Proficiency in communicating with key users to translate business needs into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Public Cloud environments
• Certifications in IT or Financial Technical Systems

• Salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 plus an annual bonus
