IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor third-party maintenance and service providers
• Ensure validity of hardware and software maintenance contracts
• Monitor compliance and security of information systems
• Maintain hotel LAN, Wi-Fi coverage, and server environments
• Provide white-glove technical support for guest connectivity and in-room tech
• Administer hospitality software including PMS (Opera, Mews) and POS systems
• Oversee hardware lifecycle for workstations, mobile devices, and telephony
• Coordinate with ISPs and international software providers
• Assist in tracking IT budgets and inventory
• Document interventions and build incident knowledge bases

Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in 5-star luxury hospitality
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent certifications (CCNA, Microsoft 365)
• Strong knowledge of networking (VLANs, Firewalls, Access Points)
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Cloud-based hospitality solutions
• Mandatory fluency in English; Greek is a significant advantage
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively in high-pressure environments
