Responsibilities

• Own IT onboarding, device configuration, and account provisioning for all new hires
• Administer the SaaS stack including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and Zoom
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all hardware and software issues
• Manage endpoint security, identity and access management, and IT policy enforcement
• Drive IT process improvement and develop ticketing and escalation workflows
• Evaluate vendors and perform cost-benefit analyses on tool upgrades and renewals
• Manage hardware and software inventory and the full laptop lifecycle
• Manage outsourced IT support and MSPs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT management or systems administration
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and modern MDM platforms (Rippling, Jamf, Kandji)
• Strong networking fundamentals including VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and DNS/DHCP
• Experience with identity and access management tools like Okta or Active Directory
• Proven track record supporting office build-outs or major infrastructure projects
• Strong vendor management and analytical skills
• Ability to work in-office five days a week in New York City

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tooling governance
• Experience with SaaS security reviews
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Google IT, or AWS
