IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee new IT projects, maintenance, and upgrades for Communications, Networks, and Security
• Lead IT PTI centers infrastructure deployment and maintenance
• Manage Microsoft enterprise environments including Licensing, AD, O365, and Azure
• Manage Cybersecurity and communications solutions such as Cisco Meraki, Crowdstrike, and Splunk
• Lead, analyze, and design new project implementations within the Automotive Division
• Ensure compliance with Group IT policies and procedures
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management position
• Proven experience building IT roadmaps and managing departmental budgets
• Experience working directly with C-level executives
• Technical knowledge of Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, Cisco Meraki, AD, O365, Proxmox, SQL Server, and Postgres
• Fluent in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Science in Information Technology
• MBA with a focus on technology management
