IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems, and hardware
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, security policies, and incident response
• Manage network systems including LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, and Switches
• Lead and supervise the Technical Support team
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and contracts
• Ensure data backup processes and disaster recovery plans are implemented and tested
• Support digital transformation initiatives and system upgrades

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role
• Hands-on experience in Cybersecurity and Network administration
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL
