IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct the administration, lifecycle management, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud deployments.
• Oversee IT support operations (Level 1-3) to ensure high availability, minimal disruption, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional IT teams, including systems engineers, network administrators, and service desk personnel.
• Formulate and maintain robust Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and PR/PO workflows.
• Oversee departmental OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and invoice reconciliation.
• Enforce cybersecurity frameworks and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR or SOC 2.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical team leadership.
• Proven expertise in procurement, vendor management, and IT budget oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• C1 English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a retail environment.
• Strong background in managing complex cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
