IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Own identity management, device lifecycle, helpdesk operations, audit compliance, and vendor relationships
• Lead an AI-native IT operation by extending the automation roadmap using Okta Workflows, n8n, and Google Apps Script
• Manage and develop a team of IT engineers across multiple offices
• Oversee MDM/RMM environments and implement Zero Touch Deployment
• Drive IT's role in SOC 2 and ITGC audits, including evidence collection and UAR execution
• Partner with Security, Cloud Infrastructure, and Platform engineering teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive IT experience
• At least 1 year in a management or senior technical lead role in tech or fintech
• Extensive Okta/Auth0 administration experience (SSO/SCIM, Workflows, lifecycle automation)
• Proficiency with MDM tools like Kaseya VSA, Jamf, or Intune
• Strong networking fundamentals (VLANs, VPN, TCP/IP, Meraki)
• Proven people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-native IT tooling (n8n, Glean, or agentic AI)
• Familiarity with AWS (IAM, SSO, VPN)
• Experience in regulated financial services (broker-dealer, RIA, or fintech)
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory to Okta migrations
• Automation skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Google Apps Script
• SOC 2 or ITGC audit ownership experience
