IT Manager - AI Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Act as the AI Product Owner, managing the full lifecycle of AI products from opportunity identification to user adoption and continuous improvement.
• Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry use cases to determine their relevance to pharmaceutical business needs.
• Define and maintain an AI product roadmap aligned with business priorities and corporate IT strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional business teams (Commercial, Medical, Finance, HR, etc.) to translate business challenges into structured product requirements and measurable success metrics.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives through training, communication, and the development of user-friendly playbooks and guides.
• Build and operate an AI community and advocate network to accelerate knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Maintain relationships with external AI vendors, startups, and solution providers to bring market insights into the company.
• Ensure all AI implementations comply with corporate governance, data privacy, and responsible AI standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT, digital innovation, product management, or business-technology related roles.
• Proven experience in product ownership, business analysis, digital transformation, or innovation projects.
• Strong interest in emerging AI technologies, including GenAI, AI agents, and automation tools.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product solutions and use cases.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts in business-friendly language.
• Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional and global teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools, GenAI platforms, or digital productivity solutions.
• Experience managing internal communities or large-scale application adoption programs.
• Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, or modern product management practices.
